Create a role

Open Roles → New role. The minimum is a title and a JD or short brief — the rest can be filled later.

The fields that matter most for AI briefs:

• Must-haves — non-negotiables that every shortlisted candidate needs.
• Nice-to-haves — preferred but not required.
• Dealbreakers — exclude criteria.
• Hiring manager priorities — what the HM has emphasised verbally.
