Workspaces and ownership

Every workspace has exactly one owner — the person who created it (or who it was transferred to). The owner controls billing and can promote/remove members.

All members of a workspace share:

• The same clients and roles.
• The same briefing rooms and reviewer history.
• The same subscription and seat count.

A single user can belong to multiple workspaces (e.g. one personal, one agency).
